    This program is for anyone who is ready to take action on improving the rhealth! Even if you don't have pain but are looking to eat healthier, sleep & move better this course is for you! ​ If you have more questions and would like to speak to someone before signing up, schedule a FREE 15-minute discovery call!

  • Is this program live or recorded?

    Both! There will be 5 live calls which will all be recorded incase you cannot make it! Plus tons of bonus videos & materials you can check out at your own pace! This however is only 8 weeks & each week will be new content & material so you're going to want to keep up so you can implement as we go! I encourage you to show up for all the calls as that is your time to be in community, ask questions & gain clarification if needed! It's also you showing up for yourself which is very powerful! The recording will be posted in the community platform to be viewed at your connivence after the live session.
